FAQ's

I don't have a team can I register as an individual?

No team no worries! We are always asked by people to help them find a team. If you are looking for a team to join you can either join our social sport Facebook group and post that you are looking for a team or email us expressing your interest at krc.reception@ynt.org.au and we may be able to a form a team with other individuals or link you with another team.

What if we are a team of beginners?

Our comps are social so they are perfect for new players looking to play for the first time or get back into playing. We provide all teams with information on the game and we ensure that all other teams playing in the competition are welcoming of all abilities.

Are there umpires and referees at the games?

We ask that teams participating in the competition each week complete a referee duty meaning that one or 2 players will need to stay and referee the game before or after their own. There will be one staff member coordinating every night of social sport, but they will act as a facilitator and not make calls in the games unless absolutely necessary.

We do this so that we can keep the cost to you as low as possible!

How many players do we need for a team?

In most of our competitions we need a minimum of 6 registered players per team. We allow teams to have up to 10 registered players so that they can cover when people are away.

More information about this can be seen if you look at the sport "Need to Know" sheets.

Where can we see fixtures and results?

We use the Sport Fix platform to put up all fixtures and results. Anyone can access that platform HERE

Can people come and watch?

Yes of course! We encourage bringing your cheer squad along! Visitors will need to check in at reception before heading into the playing area, and they will need to remain in the marked spectator areas.
